Spring Mountain Adventures Reviews

Spring Mountain Adventures had a decent mix of things to do, and I liked that it wasn’t just one single activity. We looked through the site to plan our day, and there was enough there to put together something that worked.
That said, I did leave feeling a little like maybe I expected more for the trip. Depending on the season, the variety felt kind of limited, and a few things seemed more like small add-ons than activities worth going out of the way for. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I do slightly wish we’d compared a few more options before deciding.

The place itself was okay, but the staff didn’t come across very friendly. I asked a couple of questions and the answers were short, almost like I was bothering them. It made things feel a little awkward, especially when you’re visiting for the first time and just trying to figure things out. Would’ve been a much better experience if they were a bit more helpful.

The instructor was nice enough, but once I had paid, I started feeling like things were a bit rushed and not as clear as I expected. The explanations were okay, just not very detailed, and it made me feel a little unsure about what I was getting for the money.

It was busy when I went, but the staff did a good job keeping the line moving. I didn’t end up waiting too long, so overall it was a decent experience.

We went with our kids and I’ll admit I was a little nervous at first. The staff were really on top of things, keeping an eye on everyone, giving clear directions, and never making us feel rushed. Everything felt organized but still relaxed. They checked the helmets and gear, and there was always someone close by if we had a question. Even the confirmation email and receipt were easy to follow, which helped us know what to expect before we got there. We’d definitely go again

We had such a fun family day here. The kids loved it. Lots of smiles, lots of running around. Just an easy, happy outing.

I rented gear for the day, and to be fair, the staff were helpful when I pointed out an issue and swapped one item for me. That said, the equipment really felt like it had seen better days. The boots seemed old, one of the buckles was loose, and the skis had a lot of scratches. I don’t expect rental gear to look brand new, but I do think it should be checked a bit more carefully before being handed out.

Booking was super quick, and check-in went smoothly too. It was just really easy overall, which is such a relief, right?

I went out for a snow day, i couldn’t stop noticing how rough the trails were. A lot of them were icy, super thin, or had patches of dirt showing through, which made it hard to relax and enjoy the day. Maybe there were a few okay spots, but I was mostly focused on how sketchy the main run felt. The signs also didn’t seem to match what was actually open, which just added to the confusion. I really wish I had checked more recent reviews before making the drive

The bathrooms were dirty and definitely needed more upkeep. There also weren’t many amenities around, which made the stay feel a bit lacking. I tried reaching out by email, but the replies felt like they were coming from robots rather than actual people, which was frustrating.

We spent the day at Spring Mountain Adventures and had a really good time :) For what we paid, it felt like a solid deal and a nice little getaway.

The ticket prices were fair, and we had enough time to enjoy ourselves without feeling like we had to rush from one thing to the next. The staff were friendly too, which always makes the day better!

It’s not some super fancy place, but that didn’t bother us at all. For the price, it was fun, easygoing, and totally worth it — I’d definitely go back again.
